The Seller and Purchaser agree to the following conditions of this agreement:

1) This cat is not to be declawed without written permission from the seller.
2) Adequate indoor sanitary facilities must be provided. This cat WILL NOT be allowed to
roam outdoors.
3) This cat is purchased at a:

4) If the vaccination and feeding instructions on Page 2 of this agreement are not followed, the seller
will not Guarantee anything concerning the health of this cat/kitten:
A) Purchaser agrees to follow the vaccination instructions on Page 2 of this agreement, which
Includes the Following:
1) NO FIP VACCINE
2) NO RABIES OR FELINE LEUKEMIA VACCINATIONS
B) Purchaser agrees to follow the feeding instructions on Page 2 of this agreement.
5) Seller will provide the following health guarantee:
A) Seller guarantees that this cat does not have FeLV at the time of pickup, delivery, or
Shipment.
B) If this cat dies within one year from hereditary or congenital defects, seller will replace
Cat when seller received proof of defect in the form of a complete autopsy report.
C) Purchaser had accepted complete responsibility for all the kitten’s health and safety
needs, including transportation, veterinary costs, medical procedures and appointments
from the moment the kitten leaves the Seller’s residence. Purchaser has 24 hours to have
any medical tests or examinations, at the Purchaser’s expense, on this kitten, for any disease
or defect. If at this time a pre-existing health problem is found, the Seller will refund the total
Price of the kitten and take the kitten back. The seller is not responsible for any charges
incurred in the time of absence of the kitten from Seller’s residence. After 24 hours the
purchaser is responsible for all health and behavioral needs and costs and the Seller will not
accept the kitten back for any reason and will not issue any refunds.
